In home 5 course dinner came out great and had a lot of fun doing it!

Some people don’t realize, we bring everything, do the job, don’t use anything of yours, haul it away, and leave you with a clean kitchen.

We used all beautiful Bernardaud and Christofle which took this to the next level.

FIRST
Roasted corn and pablano soup with, infused sweet chili butter, whipped cream, and bee pollen.

SECOND
Arugula and shaved asparagus salad with rainbow sorrel and orange blossom vinaigrette, roasted pear, egg foam, fennel pollen, and whole grain mustard.

THIRD
Seared tuna, pickled kumquats, macadamia crumble, pineapple puree, and roasted tomatoes

FOURTH
Sous vide prime tenderloin, with fiddlehead ferns, petite carrots, caramelized fennel, and red wine semi reduction

FIFTH
Lemon tart with raspberry powder, blackberry jam, whipped cream, micro heirloom mint, and pistachio brittle
