DIM Fiefelmann Cookers Catering would love to provide authentic Texas BBQ for your next event. With 20 years experience cooking not only for catering events but competing nationally in BBQ Cook Offs including HLS&R Cook-Off, Jack Daniels World Championship Invitational, and American Royal World Series of BBQ in Kansas City as well as a large number of smaller local events, DIM is the right answer for all your BBQ catering needs.
DIM would love to cater your next event large or small. We've got a great deal of experience cooking for charity events, golf tournaments, luncheons, tailgate parties, church events, company picnics, company meetings, weddings, and many more events. We have done everything from a full BBQ menu with sides and drinks to sandwiches and sides for everyone. We have cooked for as few as 20 to as much as 2500. Basically, if you can envision it, we can probably work with you to make it happen. We will need at least 24 hours notice on small events. Larger events generally take more planning, so we will need more preparation time.
