Attention..... Special.....

So my catering event was a big hit. Thank you all for the support. But I made way to much. I need to move this food before my vacation on Tuesday.

I have Pulled Pork, Barbacoa and some smoked Mac-n-cheese. All sides for the tacos as well.

$10 per quart.

Approx 1.5 lbs of shredded taco meats.

Sides include tortillas, cilantro, limes, onions(pickled or raw) and homemade BBQ sauce and salsa verde.

This pot roast will remind you of the one you used to come home too. Slow cooked for 8 hours. Onions, mushroom, celery, leek and jalapeno. If I do say so myself, they gravy is too die for.

I did not add potatoes to this to keep it keto friendly.
