Price change, effective today and going forward. Our 14 ounce Ribeye will go from $18 to $20. The market price of beef has skyrocketed in the past 6 weeks, along with most everything else in the world. I held off on the price change for as long as I could. Looked for alternatives and cheaper sources/vendors. There's just no getting around it. You'll still get the same quality and size cut of Ribeye that you always got from me. So far, only ribeye prices are effected. The rest of the Steak Night menu prices will stay the same for the time being.
As always, thank you all for your support. I hope you will continue to trust me to feed you.

Steak Night tonight at Barneys Sawdust is cancelled due to all the rain this week. I wasn't able to get out and stock up on ribeye because of the flooding earlier this week. I'll be back to serving you guys next week.

Back to doing what I do best. Had a few hiccups getting started today, but those instincts kicked in real quick. Feels amazing to be back behind the wheel and have a new home. Thanks to Barney's Sawdust for having me and trusting me to serve your customers. As always, I was nervous to start a new venture. This one a little more, because I've been out of the game for almost a year. But I'm back and I'm here for the long run. Time to get this hustle started back up. I can't do it without you.

Get your Christmas orders in soon. The pit is already half full. We might as well fill it up the rest of the way. $80 gets you a whole, 12 - 14 pound brisket. That's pre-trim and pre-cook weight. I will slice it for free if you ask.

Choose to pick on Christmas Eve or Christmas Day by 12 p.m. Pick up only!

Haven't had time to share pics from the weekend. This is what we were up to on Friday. Here's a video of the first batch of chicken. We ended up cooking around 800 chicken leg quarters for Frank Black Middle School. All proceeds went to the 8th grade class, supporting their end of year activities. Special thanks to Pappa's Ice in Spring for letting us throw some yardbird on the Ole Hickory.
