Welcome to LandraRiliece Events!!!

A little bit about me:
• I’m closing out my 7th year in business. Super excited to see what 8 brings.
• I absolutely LOVE what I do. Addicted you might say, because it fulfills me in a way I’ve never experienced before and it’s refreshing after some of the disappointments I experienced in life.
• I believe in “under promising and over delivering”, that’s probably why I’ve had most of my clients 5 years or longer.
• I often teach Canva mock-up classes and balloon classes. (I took a break this year but classes are returning in the fall.)
• I’m ULTRA direct, which often gets me labeled as mean— but the reality is I would give the shirt off my back and I’m very protective of my loved ones. 🤷🏽‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🙏🏽
• I’m a giver, I often don’t know how to “not help.” But that’s because I want to see everyone win!
• My work ethic is crazy 😩 So if you sign up just know I’ll forget you need to eat and sleep. (I’m sorry in advance) Hence the song in the background 😂IYKYK
• I created a brunch networking event called Collaboration over Competition and I’m super proud of how large it has grown. ☺️But…..
• I have anxiety and it takes me a year to build up the courage to get on stage and talk freely so that’s why the brunch only happens once a year. (I’m working on it, pray for me.😂🙏🏽)
• A lot of people refer to me as “The Backdrop Queen” but that’s because the focal point is my absolute favorite part of any event.
• I recently returned to accepting weddings. Slowly. 🖤
• I secretly hate taking photos.
• I LOVE sneakers.
• I don’t really know what I’m doing, I’ve gotten this far from jumping and trusting God. 🙌🏾

Hello March…. 🌺
Spring is well on the way, and I’m looking forward to all of the new things blooming!
If this is your first time here, I am Landra Williams-owner and creative director of .
•I’m also the creator of The Collaboration over Competition Brunch, a collaborative brunch for creatives and a space to build community. AND I’m an avid teacher. I just wrapped my annual Event Design MasterClass where I met and taught an amazing group of creatives plus I host Canva classes periodically throughout the year.
•My friends and colleagues call me “The Backdrop Queen” but my imposter syndrome never fully lets me embrace that title. 😂😩🤷🏽‍♀️ (We all suffer from something right?)
•The reality is, I am a lover of all things beautiful, giving back, building and creating. If the combination of super straight forward and laid back really exists, well then…. That’s me!

INTENTIONAL.
There’s brunch, then there’s the Collaboration over Competition Brunch….Bringing together creative minds for a brunch filled with collaboration, not competition. The design for this year’s brunch was so intentional… a room full of places of content and collaboration. I’m super thankful to all the sponsors and vendors who saw the vision and believed in it. I couldn’t do this without you. This event has slowly been evolving into an event FOR US BY US and I love it and I’m here for it. 💕
