Allow me to [re]introduce myself, I’m Tai. I’m the owner and lead planner at Aisle Runners Wedding Consulting Services in Houston, TX and if you haven’t heard, I REALLY love what I do.

It’s been a while since I’ve stopped working long enough to just say hello and thought that there was no better time than the present. So, hey y’all!

As a self-proclaimed “organization junkie”, I love helping busy couples streamline their often complicated wedding planning process with smart, creative strategies. Logistics are “my thing” and it makes me so happy to lighten the load and see my clients truly enjoy their once in a lifetime engagement period.

When planning your wedding, forever friendships matter! And while you may be hyper focused on the relationships between you and your honey, your soon to be in-laws, your besties, or even your wedding guest-ties, the selection of your vendor team is equally important.

The relationships between all of your wedding vendors are critical to the success of your event and happy vendors are more likely to happily create their best work in a calm, supportive environment.

What wedding planning services do you consider most valuable? Something that will save you time? Effort? Stress?

Whatever it is, don’t be so hung up on a “price tag” that you don’t see the bigger picture—what provides the best VALUE? Remember that a penny saved here and there could actually mean MORE dollars spent later on without the proper plan, connections, and ex*****on.

Spending more money in the long run when you just don’t have to…that’s so 2022 🥱

Ever seen a reception set-up in action? OMG, there are so many moving parts to a wedding, you wouldn’t believe it!

As a wedding planner, you are tasked with organizing vendors, the constant keeping track of time, and the management of people AND all the places they go.

Personally, I love a good challenge, especially when it comes to the many personalities that we interact with throughout the day. Being the right amount “sweet” balanced with the right amount of assertiveness is always a delicate dance. And while our reasons may not always be clearly understood by all, just know that a good wedding planner is always mitigating hidden risks and making decisions that give our clients the best possible outcome for their big day-their happily ever after!
