Wow, it’s been one whole year since we opened the doors to The Collective! What a journey it’s been, and I can’t thank you all enough for making this dream a reality. From bridal showers to branding shoots, baby showers, workshops, and beyond, every event here has added something unique and special to this space.

When I started The Collective, I envisioned a place where people could gather, create, and celebrate their most cherished moments. Over this past year, we’ve welcomed so many incredible people who have brought life, laughter, and love into this venue. Each event, each memory, has been a reminder of why we created this space in the first place.

To everyone who’s supported us, booked with us, or just cheered us on—thank you. Your support has meant everything. Here’s to many more years of creativity, community, and unforgettable memories. Stay tuned for some exciting new additions as we step into our second year!

One of our favorite uses of the Collective has been transforming it into a bridal getting ready suite—and let me tell you, it beats the traditional hotel room, salon, or getting ready at home! The spacious layout gives everyone room to breathe (and twirl in their dresses), while the cozy lounge area is perfect for relaxing and sharing moments with your bridal party. Plus, there's no need to worry about clutter—the dining space for snacks and changing rack keep everything organized.

Although we may not be able to host your wedding here because your guest count is too high, we offer many ways to support your big day! From bridal showers and rehearsal dinners to getting-ready suites and day-after brunches, our versatile space adds that special touch to each event. Let’s help you make every moment unforgettable!

Although we have a no adhesives policy in our rental agreements, we provide ways for you to hang banners and decor. We have backdrop stands, arches, and even hooks in the ceilings (which you can move anywhere in the space). Want to hang something - just ask - and we can help you find a solution that doesn't involve tape or command strips.

GOOD QUESTION!!! Mirco venues are popping up everywhere as a way to host small-scale events. These venues are being used for intimate weddings, showers, birthday parties, photography sets, corporate events, and workshops. Who can benefit? Party hostesses, planners, small business, content creators, photographers, etc. When I decided to take on running a micro venue, I didn't know they were so popular until I started researching it. But for some reason, as popular as they are becoming, I still get a lot of questions, and 'what is it exactly that you do there' is the number one question. Honest answer, I don't do much, except serve the people who actually do the things in our space. We are honored everytime someone books us for a special event. The newest booking is for a spa day themed birthday party and we can't wait for that!!!

Being a small business owner can be hard and I have made lots of mistake along the way, but one I make often in both my businesses is comparing myself to similar businesses. Measuring up what I do against what they do. I'd like to say I don't, but I do and it's a struggle to stop sometimes. But it is honestly draining and the fasted way for me to loose my joy and passion. This is something I'm working on. So cheers to this new set up. It's bright, it's colorful, it's cheerful, just like me. Don't make the same mistake as me and try to fit into the trending things that fill your feed...BE YOU! Side note, I'm obsessed with this spring rug.
