It’s been a minute, so we figured it’s time for a little reintroduction 👋

Starting with our owner + lead planner, Jenna!

If you didn’t already know, Pearls & Poppy Weddings was built straight from her heart. After a COVID layoff from one of Dayton’s biggest venues, Jenna turned a tough season into something beautiful — and never looked back. She planned her own wedding in 2021, became a mom to sweet Jack in 2022, and now gets to do what she loves most: help couples celebrate their love stories, one unforgettable wedding at a time.

Meet our girl - Olivia 💫

She’s been with Pearls & Poppy the longest (besides Jenna!) and is truly the glue that holds our chaos together. From bustling dresses to bossing timelines, she’s a total pro — and a whole lot of fun.

A few things to know about Olivia:
🍣 Obsessed with sushi
💪 Fitness ju**ie through and through
👶 Day job? Nanny life
🎤 Wannabe Hannah Montana (and we fully support it)
👑 Has been rocking weddings with us for 4+ years!

Olivia thought she’d end up in the classroom but quickly realized her real passion was in planning — and we’re so lucky she followed her heart. She brings calm, confidence, and a whole lot of joy to every wedding day.

Dayton born, Cincinnati based, and one of the most calming presences you could ever hope to have on your wedding day. With 10 years of event experience (from concerts to comedy shows to weddings!), she knows how to keep the good vibes rolling and the day running smooth.

A few fun things to know about Lulu:
🧭 Nature is her happy place — hiking, kayaking, camping, skiing, you name it
👩‍👧 Momma and married to her best friend, Cody
🛋 Equally obsessed with travel and cozy nights on the couch
📋 Onboarding specialist by day, wedding wizard by weekend
💍 6 years of wedding coordination magic

Her journey into events may have started as a happy accident, but we’re so glad it led her here. She’s got the experience, the energy, and the biggest heart — and we can’t wait for you to meet her 💫

Meet Tori — the newest member of the Pearls & Poppy crew 💫

Fun fact: Tori was actually a P+P bride before she joined the team! After planning her own wedding in October 2024, she realized how real the stress can be — and also how magical it is to have someone in your corner. Now, she’s that person for other couples and brings so much heart and calm to the wedding day.

A few fun things to know about Tori:
💇‍♀️ Hairstylist by day, wedding-day hype woman by weekend
🐾 Cat mom to her sweet sidekick, Tigger
📚 Bookworm, fountain Coke connoisseur, and lover of all things sparkly

"I honestly cannot say enough amazing things about Jenna. I had no idea what I wanted besides a destination wedding, a specific date, and a grand entrance on the beach. Jenna asked some questions, got the ball rolling, and made magic happen. When she says she is available 24/7, she means it. I can’t count the number of times I would text her with the most mundane questions and she would happily answer, no matter the time. My husband has taken to calling her the “wedding fairy”, which is actually perfect, as she definitely is. As for Cassie, she is also so amazing. She made sure everyone was doing their part during rehearsal, not an easy feat, and she set up the venue just beautifully. It was beyond our wildest dreams. She even managed to get my grand entrance put together on the beach. Anything I asked of her, she was willing to do, and then some. This team is beyond perfect. I cannot say enough wonderful things about them! My husband and I are so appreciative and will never forget all that they have done for us to make our day a dream come true. We have had so many compliments and it is truly because of them. We can never thank them enough for their time and dedication to us and making sure we had the wedding of a lifetime.
