Happy New Year everyone! We wanted to give you an update! We are still closed due to the renovations taking place in our new space. Everything is going smoothly, so we can all start to get excited now🎉 it's hard to give an exact date at this time, but we are hoping to be up and running The Hudson Smoke Shack by beginning to middle of February

Dear valued customers, please note that we will be closed on Saturday, December 21, due to the anticipated freezing temperatures. We will also be closed during the week of Christmas🎄We anticipate resuming operations after the new year!

The Rollin' Grille is undergoing a transformation, and we will keep you informed throughout this process. What we can tell you now is we're moving up to what used to be the ice cream stand at Countrybrook Farms to bring the best BBQ to Hudson! You can also expect to see this Facebook change its name to "The Hudson Smoke Shack" 😋
