BIO: Hip Santa has been Christmas crazy for all of his life! He was a raised by a mom who he describes as Martha Stewart and Mrs. Claus wrapped into one, in a household where the magic of this season was ever-present. He is the moderator of a global community called Christmas Decoration Lovers of the World, and was the featured decorator on last year’s Hudson Christmas Tour of Homes. WILD DIVINE: HONORING GRIEF

Let’s come together to honor our grief through the power of breathwork, story-sharing, meditation, and movement in community.

Grief shows up on our paths in many wild forms and often intensifies as we move into the holidays. Maybe you’re finding yourself processing the loss of a loved one, a break up, or some other change or transition in your life you didn’t quite feel ready for yet. If that resonates with your heart, then there’s a seat in our circle for you on Thursday, November 17th from 6-9:30PM (the first hour is social, we officially start at 7PM).

As always, this is a donation based event and healthy snacks and refreshments will be provided. Admission is intentionally limited to cultivate the intimacy of this experience, so pre-registration is graciously requested at the link in bio.

FACILITATORS: We are grateful to be joined by an incredible co-creator for this session! Helen Buron is an energy healing practitioner, breathwork facilitator, and an artist who enjoys celebrating the seasons, the cycles, and the transitions of life with groups of heart-centered people. Her healing practice is centered around the idea that we have all we need within ourselves and she uses tools to help you tap into your inner wisdom, creativity, and innate ability to heal by coming back home to your body.
