Are you looking for a fun and rewarding job this summer? Look no further! We are currently looking for seasonal staff to join us in April for our 2023 season. We have full and part time positions available and provide FREE GOLF at our top 100 golf course in America! We are offering both line cook and banquet cook hours.
As a line cook, you will be responsible for assisting with stocking and setting up the kitchen stations, preparing food, plating the prepared foods, working with the servers to ensure orders are completed on time, cleaning and washing the kitchen and cooking utensils, and ensuring the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations. Previous line cook experience is required.

Join our staff at Troy Burne Golf Club!
As a Server, Bartender or Beverage Cart Server, you will be responsible for serving food and beverages to guests and golfers on the course and in the restaurant. Some duties will include but are not limited to:
-Restaurant/Bar setup & breakdown (stocking products, polishing silverware/glasses, etc.)
-Serving food & bussing tables
-Preparing beverages
-Beverage cart setup & breakdown (stocking products, prepping condiments, etc.)

Pay
Hourly wage plus tips + free golf

Qualifications / Requirements
-Must be 18 years of age
-Previous experience serving and bartending required
-Engage in physical labor (standing for more than 6 hours & able to lift up to 60lbs)
-Beverage Cart- must have valid driver's license and insurance
-Must have reliable transportation
-Must have availability to work a combination of weekdays, weekends, evenings, late nights and/or holidays
-Must maintain a professional appearance, be highly personable, team player and a self starter
