A “goodbye” party for a little piece of Colorado history! What was once a school house back in 1921, now a loved home. The building and land was bought by developers who plan to tear down the old school house and build a fertilizer plant. The current homeowners of 30+ years, held a goodbye party, to remanence, share memories, and celebrate the small community. We were honored to provide tables and chairs for this extra special event.
