Clear Space, Clear Mind
Feeling overwhelmed? Your home might be part of the problem.
Research shows that decluttering your space isn’t just about organization—it’s about wellness.
Tidying up releases dopamine, the “feel-good” hormone, and sleeping in an uncluttered room can lead to better sleep quality.
Start small: a drawer, a shelf, or even your bedside table.
Little changes can make a big difference in your well-being.
Have you experienced the benefits of decluttering? Share your tips in the comments!

Unsure about funeral etiquette? It’s okay—many people feel the same way. Dressing appropriately for a funeral shows respect for the family and honors the life being remembered.
Here’s what you need to know:
1. Stick to neutral or dark colors. Black is the traditional choice, but navy, gray, or other subdued tones are also appropriate. Avoid bright or flashy colors that may feel out of place.
2. Choose respectful and modest clothing. Think of something you might wear to a formal or religious event. Dresses, skirts, or slacks paired with a button-down shirt or blouse are good options.
3. Avoid overly casual attire. Items like jeans, sneakers, or t-shirts are typically not suitable for a funeral. Opt for closed-toe shoes and polished accessories for a more formal look.
4. Keep it simple. When in doubt, choose understated elegance. Avoid bold patterns, loud accessories, or anything that could draw attention to yourself.
Appropriate attire helps create an atmosphere of respect and solidarity during a challenging time. If you’re still unsure, remember that simplicity and thoughtfulness go a long way.
