This wedding was one of my favorites to date. Why? The bride had this energy the entire planning process; chill, fun, unique and a little unconventional. Not to mention the whole theme was summer Hudson glam. Jazz music, horse and carriage get away ride, summer florals, and all local vendors, it was a pleasure helping them though this process. Such an enjoyable time by all!

Friday introduction time!
Wow has it really been almost 6 months if not more that I’ve said hello! Well that’s rude of me. Anyways HELLO!!
I’m Jena, lead planner and owner of RTEC and I love it. I’m a one person small business and take that very seriously. Yes I do get help when needed, and will get an assistant if your wedding qualifies. But other than an accountant (small business MUST) I have a web manager who makes sure I’m optimizing my SEO and staying legal (bonus it’s my brother so I can support his small business too). So all the social media, website design, educational and promotional material, add design is all me! That’s on top of doing all the things to serve you as my client.
With a little insight on what I do that you don’t see. What is one thing you were surprised by.

Just got back inside from winter cleanup of our garden. Yep it got to 50 yesterday and 40 today which means warm enough to do some@light pruning of dead tops of plants. Which means spring is coming. I did take a quick peak at my fall bulbs and to my surprise there was green buds under the straw and mulch! Wahoo!
Fun fact is this year I will be putting together florals for my sisters wedding and adding more to your landscape and garden. How exciting to have fresh cut flowers all year round!?!
Anyways time to warm up a glass of hot green tea and get back to my todo lists.
