And second wanna know what makes us a bit different? We really care about food and sustainability. For no other reason than it being the right thing to do. We grow as many of our toppings as we can (peep that basil 🫣) manage our own bee hive and compost all of the food waste into our chicken run thus avoiding the landfill and recycling it back into our garden beds each year.

It's a bit more work but If you don't learn to love the process you'll never be satisfied with the results 😎

Sorry we’ve been MIA on social media lately, Our other business has been really busy lately which has kept me off here a bit.

But here’s a picture of our little man Zekey doing what he loves the most which is eating and making pizza with Papa. Zekes not like most little guys though. He has childhood apraxia which makes it very difficult for him to communicate verbally. He’s recently been able to string along 3-4 words cohesively which has been a huge leap for him and just the best sound to hear when he does. But the one word he knows best is without a doubt pizaaaaa! There’s a good chance you’ll see him working the line someday side by side with me and his other brothers and while we don’t want time to speed up I can’t wait to work with them in future.

Say Cheese 📸

We shred our cheese fresh in-house with a combination of 4 different 🧀s.

Did you know regular store bought pre shredded cheese contains cellulose powder which is what helps the cheese not stick together while sitting in a cooler. While it’s not necessarily bad for you. Its just an extra additive that we feel hinders the overall taste and feel of a slice.

So we shred 🤙

Grilled chicken (on an actual grill) applewood smoked bacon, tomatoes, romaine lettuce topped with Cesar dressing.

Oh and fresh shaved Parmesan 🧀 for the finish 🤌

I’ve been staring into a pizza oven since I was 16 years old, nearly 20 years ago now.

It’s a weird sort of “zen” mixed with bit of chaos topped with a little adrenaline that I’m admittedly addicted to at this point. It can get crazy at times that’s for sure but my love for that feeling keeps me coming back for more.

Pumpkin pie is good but I’ll tell you what with a little twist on a pizza it’s even better 😜🎃

Pumpkin Alfredo sauce,roasted pumpkin seeds,applewood smoked 🥓, apples and cranberries topped with local maple syrup.

We had such a great time debuting our 87% finished pizza catering trailer with our friends and family yesterday! We still have a handful of things to finish however we’ve met our goal for what we’d like done this year. So We’ll be ready to rock this spring 🤘🏼

We really wanted to create something that was custom and didn’t have generic feel to it. Everything you see here was thought of on the fly and organically. A manifestation of years worth of thoughts and ideas come to life with what resources I have and that I could find around me. Some you probably remember that Barn board on the side from our old bar at Benson’s Bakery🍻

Again we want to thank all of you for giving us the motivation to keep this dream alive. We truly love what we do and can’t wait to meet and serve even more of you.

Sorry we haven’t been posting a lot lately. I’ve been so focused on getting this trailer completed before the cold weather hits that I’m not thinking about much else. We’re nearing the finish line now though and I can not wait to show you guys what we’ve created. As always thank you all for being such great customers over the many years we’ve been at this! Here’s a throw back to a beautiful wedding we catered at a few years ago. It was such a great venue and a wonderful day 🎉🍕

We’re cooking up something pretty cool at the moment and hint:it’s not pizza. If you’re planning a wedding/rehearsal dinner for 2024 we encourage you to reach out sooner than later. We have a strong feeling that once we start to release information about the project we’re working on that dates will become limited fairly quickly.
