These past couple years of traveling around the world whether it’s with my family, flying solo,or for work has made me pursue new ways of capturing Gods creations. I added drone photography (unfortunately couldn’t bring my drone to Mexico) and give myself challenges to be brave and do self shoots when it doesn’t feel so comfortable in a crowd. There is a profound connection of being the model and the photographer for me. I work all the angles (pun very much intended)
This specific vacation to Tulum was for my husband and I. We hadn’t taken a vacation together like this since our honeymoon. I had never traveled out of the country. 〤Bucket listing
Everyday routines can become mundane. Working hard for the opportunity to travel and see other cultures, people, atmospheres, and way of living is like a much needed check into the soul. I take little pieces from every place and implement what I like in my own life.
✺This day, THIS DAY was so much fun! When Nick and I first met one of the things that we loved most about one another is you could take any situation and make it fun. Situations that others might find to be a drag. This day it was pouring rain and a little bit cold most of the day. We decided that Nick would be the photographer and we would go shooting in the rain.
When I tell my clients, some of your favorite portraits will be the ones of how you felt in that moment. You can feel it all over again that’s when you find yourself the most beautiful. When you are happy. Like genuinely happy.
Don’t believe me go look at your favorite portrait of yourself, I’ll bet you it’s the one where you felt your best inside.
Here’s to adding way more travel photography to my business 🐚🥥🌴📷

Tulum is a whole aesthetic. We took on a whole new type of vacation. Relaxing on the beach for days.
Cenote experience in Tulum
📍ATIK this was my favorite cenote we experienced. We went to three and aesthetically this was incredible. Not overly packed and truly breathtaking. Next time I would wear water shoes. The rocks hurts your feet.
