As hands-on sous chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Executive Banquet Chef in all areas of food production and food service including setting quality kitchen standards, maintaining regulatory compliance, creating & organizing food displays, training and supervising kitchen staff, food preparation and coordination of prompt food service. A minimum of 3 years sous chef experience in banquet setting, a culinary arts background and Serv Safe certified required.
