We wanted to come on here & help you identify a scammer when booking with a bounce house company!

1.) Go to the search bar, here on Facebook, and search the company name! MOST of the time, it will show very GREAT things about a company and other times it will show BAD things about how they never showed, took money, stopped communicating etc!

2.) when viewing inventory on the page, if you see mad reactions to posts and then comments are not allowing to be seen, RED FLAG!

3.) DO NOT EVER USE PAYPAL FRIENDS AND FAMILY!! ALWAYS keep it as a business transaction! If they are a legit business the ‘fee’ it takes, is not a big deal! If a legit company is using PayPal, they already know the fees that come with it, a scammer will want to use friends and family so that you can’t dispute the transaction!

4.) when viewing this scammers page known as JC Party Rentals, I noticed that they had a VERY LARGE selection of slides they kept posting, and never posted multiple pictures of the same slide, just one image, that is a RED FLAG! Obviously as a business owner we’re going to use the best picture we have when trying to make a sell, but as a customer, maybe ask for a picture of the end of the slide to see the pool at the bottom, or a picture of the side to get an ‘idea’ of how long the slide it! We have every angle possible of our slides because we actually own slides! Do not let them tell you you’re being extra by wanting these pictures! MAKE THEM SUPPLY THOSE!

We just had a church call and reach out because they were scammed and we really hate to hear anyone get scammed, but especially a church!!!

I am going to list the companies that I know of in our area that I PERSONALLY know are good, reliable people to use if you ever need someone but are unsure about them!

In case you were wondering — we are INSURED & INSPECTED! When renting from Rockstar Party Rentals, know that you are getting on a unit that has been inspected by a state inspector & is SAFE for use! It was brought to our attention that someone assumed we were not taking the proper steps by having insurance etc.. and we have carried that since we started operating in 2022 💥

Hey! We need your feedback!

We got this white bounce house in, we knew it was going to be small, but it’s smaller than what I expected! It can hold I would say about 5-8 TODDLERS — it would be good for a one year birthday party — but not really any big kids! It has a ball pit on it for play as well and we would supply the balls, but we need your opinion!

It would be $175 for this rental — with the balls.

Is it too small for your event? Just the right size? Be honest!!!!
