Join Bright Haven co-founders Wendy and Valerie Mattingly for this inviting, inclusive gathering of like-minded individuals.

Have you been craving connection and community support but haven’t found the right fit? Don’t feel like you belong to one specific group or demographic? This circle is for you! This is a non-judgemental, open space for anyone and everyone.

We’re keeping it light! Come drink some tea and have a chat, bring a snack to share if you like. This is an opportunity to meet and greet with other spiritual seekers without the pressure of deep ceremony or business networking. We may even play a game!

This month, there will be an OPTIONAL Christmas cookie swap. Bring some cookies and take some cookies if you wish.

Weather permitting we will be outside by the fire. Dress appropriately and bring a chair or anything you need to be comfortable.

11/30: Azul Dance and Gratitude Potluck – with DeeAnn Macomson – Dance up an appetite and then gather in community afterwards with those Thanksgiving leftovers!

12/4: Reiki Share Circle led by us. Come practice and share with other likeminded folks. This is an opportunity to both give and receive this beautiful healing modality.

We are seeking vendors for a holiday movie night and mini-market. We're looking for artists, crafters and other goods for last minute gift giving (sorry healers-there will be opportunity for you in January!)

This is a small, low cost evening for folks to gather and sip some warm cider while enjoying an outdoor screening of How the Grinch Stole Christmas. Vendors will be set up inside for shopping before and after the movie.

If Thanksgiving with family doesn’t fill your heart with joy (or maybe it does and you just love community!) come spend some time with chosen family instead!

We will dance up an appetite with DeeAnn Macomson and then gather in community afterwards! Bring those leftovers to share or cook up something new. Potluck is optional if you only want to dance, but we hope you’ll decide to stay!

5pm Dance, 7pm Potluck.

Doors will open at 4:45 and no admittance will be allowed after 5:15 to ensure our container is held with safety and respect.

We will have a small number of coolers available for food storage during the dance if necessary and a microwave will be available if reheating is needed.

Join Bright Haven co-founder Wendy Mattingly for an evening of guided journeying. We will begin with a grounding mediation to align our channel and root to the earth before entering our heart space to journey. Each person’s journey is an individual experience, whether it is a search for answers to a question, a bid to connect with their spirit guides, power animals or etheric helpers or simply to find a space of peace within the self. We will have an opportunity to share at the end.

Please bring whatever you need to lay down comfortably such as a pillow, blanket, yoga mat, or eye mask.

LAST CIRCLE BEFORE WINTER PAUSE!

Now, more than ever, it is so nourishing to come together as women to be witness to each other and all the parts contained within us. This month, I want to focus on what it means to hold the frequency of peace and unity within our being, despite what our outer landscape may look like.

There is a lot of fear, anger and uncertainty in our country right now. The best way for us to move forward is to hold our light bright and proud for ourselves and for each other- this is the way to personal revolution.

Samhain (pronounced sow-wen) is said to be the time of year when the veils between worlds are the thinnest. It is a time when people of all earth based spiritual practices celebrate and recognize the changing of the seasons, the falling leaves, the death and decay that begins to form and process over the winter that makes way for new life in the spring. It is a time to honor our ancestors, to acknowledge and lean into the cyclical nature of our being, to lean into the death and rebirth of the natural and spiritual world and to set intentions for the life we want to create.

Samhain marks the halfway point between the autumnal equinox and the winter solstice, making it one of four Celtic cross-quarter days (the other three being Imbolc, Beltane, and Lughnasa.) It is a time to celebrate the harvests of the pastoral year, while marking the beginning of the next. Samhain is a still point, a chance to pause, reflect and give thanks.

What to expect:
– Pumpkin painting to ward off evil spirits (pumpkin included in ticket price)
– A sharing circle to reflect on our year and celebrate our harvests
– A burn ceremony to release that which is ready to die
– Shamanic drum ceremony to connect with our well and healthy ancestors

Quick little snapshot from our networking night tonight. We had a nice turn out and a great discussion on marketing, social media, chat gpt and also how none of that matters as much as being authentically YOU in how you show in the world and in your business. At the end of the day, who you are and who you connect is what really brings you into alignment, opens those opportunities and grows your reach. We all concluded that, especially within the spiritual space, word of mouth and in person, heart centered connection is just as, if not more important, than the next viral reel or perfect branding. We had a great time last night at our Beat the Blues drum circle in partnership with Sacred Roots Spiritual Community This circle was a little different than our last one, we just let the beat ebb and flow with no facilitation. It was fun to communicate and connect without words and just listen to the energy! We're a little behind on posting, but nonetheless, we had a wonderful time hosting the farm's first drum circle on New Years Day with DeeAnn Macomson! I believe that the energy and action you set forth on New Years Day sends a ripple effect throughout the whole year, so I am looking forward to many more drum circles in the future. When the weather is warmer, we'll finish our fire circle in the woods so we can drum and dance around the flames!
