I would give negative stars if I could. DO NOT take your vehicle to the Concord Branchview location. They do shoddy work and do not care. I had my windshield replaced a year ago by this location of Safelite only to find they put the wrong size windshield in AND improperly installed it. This caused a leak which could not be seen until a year later when almost $7000 of damage was done to my 2022 Tacoma. It had to be taken all the way down to the metal and I had to pay for Servpro to come out because of all the mold and mildew I had been breathing for a year. I gave Chris (the manager) and customer service the chance to make this right they wanted to replace the windshield. I told him no you already proved unable to do that job. He sat in my truck and said “I don’t smell anything we can have it detailed and the carpets dried.” They did a “leak test” and found that it was indeed their fault but Chris had nothing further to say to me. After the customer service “professional “ said “you’ve been driving around breathing it for a year so….” what’s another few weeks, I was done. Well Chris I’m sure you’d be perfectly ok with a family member breathing mold spores but I’m not. I ended up having to file a comprehensive claim against Safelite to have the work done right. Now I have mold and mildew on my car fax for a truck that’s less than 2 years old, seriously people it is NOT worth it!
