🧀Cheeses: Rich & Creamy Merlot Bellivatino, Smoky Pepper Fontina, Tangy Dill Fontina, Buttery Havarti Dill, Creamy Camembert, and Infused Smoked Gouda

The fundamentals of cheese paring is essential. There are certain principles that can help you find the best pairings to please your palate.💡

I once read that the concept of pairing cheese is similar to relationships/ marriages in that contrasting flavors and textures can complement each other to create balance.⚖️

On the flip side- sometimes opposites attract.😆

Apparently the ultimate goal of pairing cheese is to find those relationships/marriages where both partners make the other a little more vibrant.🎨

The concept of cheese pairing can be tricky and complex like relationships. Mature cheese contains slightly more fat, young cheese is better for melting.🫠

Nevertheless, all 🧀 pair well with wine!🍷🙃
