2 years ago today, Nov. 2, 2017, I bought a building. Well, a former church. After lots of demolition and even more renovations, and help from family, friends, former coworkers and a few others, the building became Venue On Madison. There’s still lots of things I want to do and the good Lord willing, I’ll get around to it. Since opening, this building has seen lots of special memories and good times from the many baby showers, birthday parties, dinners, bridal showers, gender reveals, weddings, fund raisers, meetings, banquets and other events held there.
