Our Story
The Hindquarter started as a food truck in Burlington, VT and has since evolved into a busy catering company. We cater events of all sizes throughout Vermont and into neighboring states. Due to the current COVID situation, many of our weddings slated for this year have been rescheduled for next year. This has pushed us to try on a new hat. Now you can find us at The Hindquarter Deli in Beaudry’s Store located in the village of Huntington, VT. We are running a sandwich, butcher and scoop shop with weekly pop-up pizza and BBQ nights.
