We’ve got a big Summer and Fall ahead of us catering in the Vermont outdoors. Anyone interested can expect a unique experience that will teach you a range of skills from butchering local meats to cooking with fire on our custom made grills.

Seasonal catering permits us to work closely and solely with Vermont’s meat and produce. We are diligent with our connectivity to Vermont farmers and the important work they do.

It's been a long time folks,
Our shop in Beaudry's is currently being renovated and we hope to be fully open by late May. This will mean a sandwich + butcher shop in addition to our catering efforts. In the meantime, we will be firing up the pizza oven and grills for some special dinners.
Our first Pizza Night will be just outside our shop in Huntington on Wednesday, May 12th from 4-8pm. Headed by after soccer or baseball practice? Get your name on the list before the slots sell out! 802-434-4056
