1) Text 256-297-1657 or DM me. Do not call.
2) Send your name and order.
3) Send Desired Pickup/Delivery Slot. Order ahead of time because 11a-12p is the premium hour and fills up 1st!!
4) Send number & Delivery Address, if necessary.
5) I send you an invoice and payment options via text from Square.
6) Invoice Paid.
7) Your back gets bigger. 😂

I urge you to secure your plate before you see pictures drop on Facebook the days of service. I cook fresh from scratch and do not over prep. Once the batch is out, it is out. 🤷🏿‍♀️

The rain stopped long enough for a Saturday Biscuits and Gravy Brunch at Bridge Builders Church. I decided to take my pan and burner over the Beltline as I threw in an added bonus pan of Smoked Gouda Grits to the menu. I figured it was best to cook the ladies fresh eggs, because we all know the rule, "Eggs are cooked last." Besides eggs to order for 20 ain't hard at all, Chef. Chef Ketha ❤🌻

What better than 4 course Food and Wine Tasting to follow a lesson on Lips and Lashes? Lakire McKenzie Culture Uncorkd paired the perfect wines to match my flavors and charmed the ladies in the process.
