On January 19th, I had the honor of catering the 105th Founders' Day celebration brunch for the North Alabama chapters of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Sorors from Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and all the way down to Tuscombia, sorority sisters showed up and enjoyed a full buffet spread of chicken and waffles, grits, bacon, eggs, breakfast potatoes, fruit, pastries, and fresh juice. I handled everything from setup to service, so they didn’t have to worry about a thing—just showed up and celebrated our Sisterhood in style! Chef Ketha ❤️ 🌻

Happy Monday! Tonight was the holiday party for Keller-Williams Realty. Big Shout to Meekel Buchannon to introducing the team to my food last Christmas. I felt honored as I was told they held on to my card for a year and the group asked for me to cook for them collectively. Chef Ketha ❤️🌻
