I'm honored to be part of the Denim & Pearls Gala fundraiser for the LivOn Journey Camp for Cancer Survivors on April 3rd, a beautiful evening dedicated to celebrating strength and resilience. This four-course wine pairing will be an unforgettable experience, and I’m thrilled to be creating two of the courses for the night!

Last night's Bridgerton Experience, hosted by Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated – Psi Alpha Zeta Chapter, was truly a night to remember. The Madison Zetas delivered an elegant evening filled with delicious food, a captivating atmosphere, lively music, and pure fun. It's a terrific Tuesday for a Gala tasting. I wowed them with my Blue & Blue Salad. Then, sealed the deal with Creole Roasted Chicken with Rosemary Au Jus, Mashed Potatoes and veggies. The Broccolini was the win over the sautéed long beans, but they were both great. I can't wait until we put on this fundraiser for Cancer Survivors next month. It's an honor to do my part. On January 19th, I had the honor of catering the 105th Founders' Day celebration brunch for the North Alabama chapters of Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated. Sorors from Huntsville, Madison, Decatur, and all the way down to Tuscombia, sorority sisters showed up and enjoyed a full buffet spread of chicken and waffles, grits, bacon, eggs, breakfast potatoes, fruit, pastries, and fresh juice. I handled everything from setup to service, so they didn’t have to worry about a thing—just showed up and celebrated our Sisterhood in style! Chef Ketha ❤️ 🌻
