But your signature cocktail doesn’t have to be something that drives you to NEED a cocktail. We can pull inspiration from your love story: did you share a bottle of red wine on your first date? Let’s make a Sangria. Are you planning a Honeymoon to NYC? Maybe a Smoked “Big Apple” Old Fashioned. Did you meet in High School? Let’s throwback to your colors! A Blueberry Lemonade would scream Buckhorn (if you’re like me, c/o ‘05!). Considering doing preorders for charcuterie boxes. Like, the old school honey boxes we started with. Cheese, fruit, nuts, jams, charcuterie, honey, sweets. You would prepay and come pick up at the market that day.

Hey there Huntsville! I’m Emily!

My roots are planted where I was born; right here in HSV. A lover all things theatre (I’ve got the degree to prove it) I’ve always believed that being behind a bar is just another opportunity to perform. I get to take individual ingredients that may not work on their own, and craft them together into something delicious (and beautiful!). I’ve traveled from Nashville to Austin, slinging drinks and running bars for over 10 years. But, I still managed to make my way back home… where I’m blessed to raise my kids, Owen (6) and Lily (2) with my family and friends close. My vision of this cute little mobile bar wandering around town has been a twinkle in my heart for a decade. Now, thanks to a bump in the road and push from my best gal, I’m able to bring that twinkle to life. I’m so excited for this journey, and I’d love you to wander with me!
