🌟WE ARE HIRING🌟

Have a background in event planning? Do you enjoy working with your hands and have a hint (or full serving!) of perfectionism in you? Are you organized? A self-starter? Good with people and growing and maintaining business relationships?

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys being organized and works well on the computer but also enjoys the creative side of a service business. I am seeking a piece to my puzzle, a cog to the wheel! Someone who can not only help run the day-to-day operations of communicating with clients, providing quotes and mockups, keeping on top of product and shipments and the like, but also will be able to assist (and eventually do their own!) setups.

Tasks include but are not limited to:
Email communications
Scheduling
Website updating/maintenance
Canva creations
Inventory reconciliation/organization
Social media posting/engaging
Community/event outreach and development
Ordering material
Balloon display creation
Assisting with setups

Requirements:
Clean driving record
Weekend availability
Ability to lift 50lbs+
NOT allergic to Latex

*Best suited for someone who is available at random times throughout the week, and on weekends.*

LOCATION: South Huntsville
HOURS: Approx 20 hours/week
SCHEDULE: 50% Remote/50% On-Site
PAY: Starting at $15/hour

When Huntsville International Airport asked us to help them have a BIG presence at South Star Music Festival, we knew we had to go BIG to match the electrifying energy of this event! 🎶🎉 We created this vibrant arch to make sure every concert-goer felt the festival vibes the moment they arrived courtesy of our amazing International Airport! We had an absolute blast being part of this incredible event!

We had an absolute blast decking out the VBC’s Saturn Ballroom for one of our biggest events yet—a disco-themed wedding extravaganza! 🪩💃 From an 8x8ft balloon wall, a photo op for the wedding cake cutting, a dozen 6-foot columns, and a massive 30-foot organic arch, to our signature circle arch, we filled the room with thousands of balloons! 🎈 It was pure joy helping the bride and groom’s vision come to life, and we couldn’t be happier to add a little extra *pop* to their big day! 💍✨
