We had a great time at the Scottsboro BBQ Festival. Here is how we did:

13th place Springer Mountain Farms (did something new and tried chicken legs)

16th place Prairie Fresh Ribs (1st on our table “the table of death”)

15th overall out of 38 teams

It's that time of year again. Due to the high demand last year, we are putting our smoked turkey sale up earlier this year. This year, turkeys are $70 and will be between 13-15lbs and feed 12-15 people. We already have a list of names asking for smoked turkey this year.
