As we welcome the new year we want to introduce Amanda Clayton, our new Owner/Operator at Parkway Place located in Huntsville, Alabama. Amanda started earning a degree in marketing and business administration from Mississippi State University. While working the summers for WinShape Camps, she fell in love with the brand of Chick-fil-A. In 2011, she started working as the Director of Marketing and Catering at Chick-fil-A in Decatur, Alabama. After a few years, it became her dream to be an Operator and she worked towards that goal for seven years. During that time, she completed a two-year Leadership Development Program at Chick-fil-A, where she was assigned to 15 different locations nationwide, managing existing stores and opening new ones. For the last three years serving at Cliff Farms and University Drive, she provided local service to the community. She and her husband, Mac Clayton, have been married for ten years and lived here in the Huntsville area. They have two daughters, Claire, who is two years old, and Kennedy, who is nine months old. We are thrilled to welcome Amanda Clayton.
