Faith is formally trained with certification and license obtained from The Protocol School of Washington in Washington, D.C. She holds a M.H.E.S. in Business Conflict Mediation and a B.A. in Southern American History, both from The University of

Alabama. Professionally, she has an additional background in design and administration. Owning her consulting and event business, she travels throughout the south engaging with hotels, universities, businesses, non-profits, and private clients instructing formal etiquette mastery. She believes you are never too young or too old to learn the polish of manners and poise. Additionally, Faith coordinates and hosts private events of any size ranging from weddings to life celebrations and beyond. She strives to provide a memorable experience for any occasion. It was a true honor to partner with Ms. Megan Zingarelli, Human Resources Director for the City of Madison to provide a professional etiquette workshop for employees within the city. Last Tuesday evening, I was honored to be the keynote speaker for the entire Athletics Department at | We had one hundred and ninety participants including all coaches and athletes! It was a true pleasure to be invited by Calhoun Community College President, Dr. Jimmy Hodges, to discuss business etiquette and dining standards. His faculty and staff, including Athletic Director, Dr. Nancy Keenum, proved themselves as the most gracious team. Each person involved went above and beyond in their duties to make this a tremendous evening. I am appreciative of your collective attention to detail, especially assisting us in mailing two hundred thank-you notes! I want etiquette to feel as approchable as it is applicable. Learning is a lifelong journey and I truly never tire of reviewing this topic!

Post Office Pals

The other evening, I saw a thread about whether or not to leave wicks unlit on new candles. Growing up, I was told the etiquette was to light them so guests would know they weren’t just for show, light being life in the home. Of course I’m now wondering what you’ve known about this, so “fire” away.

I wish people knew how often I thank the Lord for the most gentle breeze.

This room has been the focus of today’s work for two brides coming up on the calendar. I’m so glad the sun was shining for us!

Courtney’s grandfather stole my heart on their wedding day. He was always around soaking up every moment. Here he is right on cue with beverage service immediately after the ceremony, adorable!

I’m not sure that Dr. K could have ever dreamed her beloved Baker Cabinet Company table would become a staging ground for events when I’m in town including but not limited to: dried flowers, paper goods, fine china, sterling silver, velvet tablecloths, taper candles, punch bowls, runners, and menus, but...here we are.

There are many time sensitive tasks at the moment, especially due to spring and summer changes with COVID. This has been quite a productive office Monday, brought to you by the comforts of @chesapeakebaycandle Bourbon Pumpkin, no less. (One of my @target fall favorites)

Found that box of leftover votives and pillar candles just begging for a cozy fireplace display! This is a wonderful way to use up those leftovers just when we all need some ambiance.

My sweet friends at @tsghuntsville asked me to make a video of what I’m doing during our current state as well as to mention some businesses who specifically have helped me in hopes to pay it forward. This video was posted on the @tsghuntsville page this weekend, but I wanted to share it here as well so that you all can hear what’s going on and send me questions if need be.
