Hello, friends! This Friday evening only, we have a phenomenal prixe-fix menu available for dinner seatings at 6PM and 8PM by reservation only. Call us today at 256-836-5317 to reserve your table.

So that we can serve our guests well, we will not be serving our regular menu past 4:30PM this Friday, February 14th, 2025. We will be serving our regular menu all day on Thursday, February 13th and Saturday, February 15th.

Tonight we have fried green tomatoes ($8), French onion brisket egg rolls ($12), a duo of the fried green tomatoes and egg rolls ($16), flanken short rib with chimichurri ($10), the “Faux Spring” burger and fries ($16), and your choice of a 10, 12, or 16 ounce bone-in ribeye with mashed potatoes and sautéed vegetables for $23, $26, and $32 respectively.

This past Monday night, Southern Wagyu’s Chef Marko was in Miami for a press bash hearing up for South Beach Seafood Festival’s Chef Showdown Battle:Shrimp. Presented by Goya! With his time split between Huntsville and Miami, Chef Marko is doing BIG THINGS!
