🟢Joined the Miss America program to have a bigger voice for agriculture and herself
🟢Taken a grassroots campaign style to spread interest and reconnect people with agriculture by going to schools and talking to classes about how you can be involved with your own food source
🟢Youngest in the family
🟢Favorite agriculture project is her pigs (with her sister, raise their own pigs to show, sell, and yes, eat)
🟢Scared of chickens but love ducks
🟢Favorite food is potato chips with cocktail sauce (don’t judge till you try it), mashed potatoes, French fries
🟢Favorite color of the moment is pink
🟢Her mom makes a lot of her pageant clothes
🟢Live by Rapid City with family’s (now her) two fat cats: King Ben and Princess Patches
🟢Drives a manual car that she bought with earnings from her animal sales
🟢Attends Cosmetology school

The South Dakota State Fair extends our deepest sympathies to the loved ones of Terry Ree. Terry brought laughter and joy to countless people, especially fairgoers, over the years with his wit, humor, and unique storytelling.

He will forever hold a special place in the hearts of all who knew him, whether onstage or off. Our thoughts are with his family, friends, and fans as we remember his incredible legacy.

Rest in peace, Terry. Thank you for the smiles, laughter, and memories. You will be missed. ❤️
