After posting about heading back into Real Estate to keep the farm alive I received many messages from folks about the educational classes. Here is the first three that we will be doing on Thursday, November 30. We are going to be teaching many more classes. This is just the start of the classes. All profits earned through our real estate efforts will be sunk into the farm to make our festivals even greater. If you have enjoyed the Farm festivals, please consider us when fulfilling your real estate needs.

A little about myself
Six years ago I plowed and Realestate headstrong. My first six months in the business I was able to help 22 families by sell or relocate. The next year my team grew to sell 53 homes and over the next several years. We helped well over 100 families by sell and invest in real estate. During the week nights we will not have concessions, tractor train or cannon open. All other attractions will be open for one hour after the last class is being taught. If your house is listed or your have a buyer broker agreement signed with another agent this message is not intended for you.

We need your help! The farm is an absolute magical place. The only problem is that it’s not paying for itself. So I have decided to jump back into real estate full-time. All of our events and spring planting will still be happening because we have an amazing team in place.

Here is my pitch to you and your family.

If I let your family come play on the farm during a private event on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday night for an hour would you be against letting me try and earn your real estate business?

This is what details would be :
30 minute class on one of the following topics
1) First time homebuying
2) First investment property
3) 1031 exchange

If your kids are old enough, they could go play during our class. If they are young enough I have five children that may be able to help watch them while you are in the class.

This is all in the brainstorming stage, and we are hoping to start making this a reality within the next week. Please put your comments below.
