Hidden Creek Mercantile is looking for an experienced chef with management skills and a willingness to be hands-on in the kitchen. We have a farm to table program, drawing from local vendors. We are looking for someone with the creativity to produce a first class farm-to-table menu, who also has excellent restaurant management skills, and who is capable of taking complete charge of our operation from hiring & training to budgeting and cost management.
We know that many restaurant professionals have been displaced by Covid, and we ourselves are having to rebuild our program from scratch. We are starting at the top, and looking for the right person to take on the long-term project of creating a renowned farm-to-table program.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced culinary professional with a track record of success, creativity and long-term stability, who is ready for a new project and place to land post-Covid.
