The Hustisford Community Hall (formerly Firemen's Hall) has been a landmark for Hustisford since 1936. In January 2015 a meeting was held to decide how to move forward, as the Fire Department did not have the time to run it. People talked about all of the memories that they had of dances, weddings, etc. The Village of Hustisford decided to purchase the Hall from the Fire Department and in turn lea
se it to the newly formed Hall Association Committee. We elected a board of directors, officers and various committees to bring back the Hall to the thriving establishment it once was. We started with no money in our account, monthly bills still coming in. We have had donations from some of the businesses in the surrounding area but are facing a lot of repairs and replacement of equipment, new heating and cooling system, roof repair just to name a few of the larger items. The Hall Association Committee is in the process of becoming a 501©3 non-profit. We are accepting donations of time, talents and monetary gifts.
