Beef brisket has a very distinct texture and flavor. It comes of the sternum and contains 2 different muscle structures. The point and the flat. It can take up to 14 hrs for them to finish properly but the end result is a succulent, tender incredibly flavorful cut of meat. Our menu may be small but everything on it is delicious. Our prime rib is a popular choice for weddings and grooms dinners.

Apple wood smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, ribs, chicken, cowboy beans, fresh cut fruit, coleslaw, homemade chocolate chip cookies and special k bars for this crew at the brewery. Many of our customers comment after having chosen us that our food is better, you get way more actual meat instead of beans and rice or chicken bones from our competitors and because we don't hide behind a corporate veil our customer service can't be matched

Pick up some North Star BBQ and be proud of what you're feeding your family. Our ingredient list is simple, whole cuts of meat, seasonings and smoke. It's the opposite of the processed bs you're getting from these corporate fast food places or those additive filled lunch meats from the deli. And in most cases we cost about the same or even less. But the value and most importantly the quality are noticeably better.

Those of you that have been following us for over a decade now have realized we are not marketers. We don't rely on advertising for our sales. We rely on word of mouth, customer satisfaction and repeat business. Its not by accident that we've been in business since 2010. We treat every job with respect, wether it be a catering job for 1000 or a couple pounds of meat for someones family dinner. We're never gonna beg you for votes for meaningless awards or ask for donations.

These are our new menu item. They are pork loins that we dry brine and then smoke to a temp that leaves you a juicy and tender piece of meat that is also incredibly versatile. Eat as a chop, dice some up for tacos or simply thinly slice cold for some high quality and healthy lunch meat.

We have a new cut of meat we've been working with and the feedback we've recieved from our customers has been that this is the most flavorful, tender pork loin they've ever tried. We do a short brine and then dry rub, smoke, and glaze with our signature sweet sauce. Excellent sliced thin for sandwiches or cut into chops. Order it now for pickup on Friday or Saturday.
