We've had a couple of people inquire about our hotplate online ordering. We'll open it back up next week for those that would like to place an order. September and October seem to be 2 of our busiest months. As always, we are taking reservations for weddings, holiday parties and whenever you need to feed a crowd, something good to eat. Beef brisket has a very distinct texture and flavor. It comes of the sternum and contains 2 different muscle structures. The point and the flat. It can take up to 14 hrs for them to finish properly but the end result is a succulent, tender incredibly flavorful cut of meat. Order on our hotplate for weekly take n heat orders or have us cater your next event

Havent been posting much but we've been busy smoking. Apple wood smoked pulled pork, beef brisket, ribs, chicken, cowboy beans, fresh cut fruit, coleslaw, homemade chocolate chip cookies and special k bars for this crew at the brewery. Check out our website. All of our pricing is transparent and you'll find it easily. Many of our customers comment after having chosen us that our food is better, you get way more actual meat instead of beans and rice or chicken bones from our competitors and because we don't hide behind a corporate veil our customer service can't be matched

Pick up some North Star BBQ and be proud of what you're feeding your family. Our ingredient list is simple, whole cuts of meat, seasonings and smoke. It's the opposite of the processed bs you're getting from these corporate fast food places or those additive filled lunch meats from the deli. And in most cases we cost about the same or even less. But the value and most importantly the quality are noticeably better.

Those of you that have been following us for over a decade now have realized we are not marketers. We don't rely on advertising for our sales. We rely on word of mouth, customer satisfaction and repeat business. Its not by accident that we've been in business since 2010. We treat every job with respect, wether it be a catering job for 1000 or a couple pounds of meat for someones family dinner. We're never gonna beg you for votes for meaningless awards or ask for donations.
