We have coordinated everything from 10 person private dinner parties to 900 guest event fundraisers. Weddings, Corporate Events, Galas, Open house celebrations, Retirement, Graduation, and Birthday parties. We can customize our services to fit your needs. Hutchinson Area Holiday Passport: Shop Local and Win Big!
From November 1 to November 30, 2024,
shoppers can collect stamps from participating Chamber Member businesses for a chance to win
exciting prizes.
How It Works:
1. Pick Up Your Passport: Grab your free Holiday Passport at various participating
business, the Hutchinson Chamber of Commerce, or download passport online.
2. Collect Stamps: Make a purchase at each location to receive stamps on your passport.
3. Complete Your Passport: Ensure your passport is stamped, initialed, and dated from
each participating location.
4. Submit Your Passport: Drop off your completed passport at the Hutchinson Chamber
by December 6. You can submit it in person or use the outside drop box.
Exciting Prizes Await!
- 1-4 Locations: $50 Gas Card
- 5-10 Locations: $100 Cash Wise, River House Kitchen + Drinks, Flank Bar and Char
Gift Card
- 11-18 Locations: $150 Cash Wise
Key Dates:
Event Duration: November 1 - 30, 2024
Submission Deadline: December 6, 2024
Participating businesses will be listed on the back of your passport, along with a QR code for the
latest updates.
