Our Story

Yaggy’s two historic white clapboard homes are nestled amongst a tree-line drive on a 1260-acre farm less than five miles from downtown Hutchinson, KS. The side-by-side homes are a perfect country setting for weddings, family reunions, or corporate retreats. Or simply to get away from the hustle and bustle of city living and enjoy beautiful sunrises and sunsets over the amber waves of grain. Play croque on the large lawn area shaded by mature trees. Or take in the solitude of nature while reading a book.

SoHo – The South Home isa manufactured Sears and Roebuck home that was shipped in by rail in 1892. The highlight of the home is the large porches, perfect for relaxing with a tall, cool drink while enjoying natures beauty. SoHo features 5 bedrooms, 4 ½ baths, an open kitchen/dining area and a

screened-in sleeping porch on the second story for breezy spring nights. While it has been completely renovated with modern amenities, it still boasts the original staircase, pine floors, woodwork and windows. The first floor is ADA accessible and includes a large master bedroom suite with roll-in shower.

NoHo – The North Home was built in 1905 in a similar style as the South Home, including large screened porches, 5 bedrooms with 5 ½ baths. Like SoHo, the home has been completely renovated with modern amenities and the third story ballroom has been repurposed to the fifth bedroom en suite. Sit by the fireplace with a glass of wine in the large living room while listening to rag-time on the player piano. Or make S’more’s over an open fire in the backyard stone fireplace.
