Merkel’s Wing and a Prayer started with a dream and a lot of prayers from our owner Bob Merkel and his wife, Tracy. Since our opening in 2007, we have evolved from a pizza & wing take out shop to our current restaurant, The Hornet’s Nest, and our growing catering business. Family is a huge part of who we are and what we do. We wouldn’t be where we are today without our heavenly Father, as well as the help and support of many family members.
