Boat Dinner...
Red Argentinean Shrimps sautéed in layers with olive oil, red onion, shallot, tomato slivers, fresh lemon, butter and topped with fresh spinach w garlic. The fine pignoli pesto made a sauce with the shrimps and was truly the highlight. This was served with organic corn cobblets and avocado slivers.

My special client whispered: "hmmm--this is lickable!"

Here's with Italian long beans from the garden, Italian seas baby clams w clam juice, 2 lemons, 1 zest, cold pressed Italian olive oil, minced fresh parsley, unsalted butter (optional)....so yummy.
double de-vein is best (both sides☆)

Breakfast to Dinner on New Years Eve...long day filled w excitement and journey. Twenty 2 pound Lobsters, Outside Shirt Chimichuri, Grilled Argentinian Red Shrimps, 12 stuffed breakfast tomatoes topped w an egg, 14egg folded cheese and onion omlet and timing were my tender challenge of love amongst the choices played. The desserts--didn't get to capture....blessings to the New Year..... breakfast at 9am tomorrow!
