Made it to Boise, ID a month or so ago to meet this glam couple for a private engagement shoot at little speakeasy downtown that is close to their hearts. It was intimate, they made real drinks, and we had fun. Love the chance to get a little creative and do things a little differently every now and again. Can’t wait for the wedding! Thanks for letting us have a little fun during the off hours!

Boy moms are warriors. And Jade couldn’t be a sweeter, more genuine woman whose heart is aligned with God and taking care of those around her. She’s the best mom and I’m glad to have met her and her husband! Fun fact: Her hubby sold us our beautiful home! Thanks again for asking me to do these! I loved every minute of it. 🫶🏻🫶🏻

There’s only a couple places I’ve felt at home outside of my own home and one of those places is the gym I found in Idaho Falls - 🤘🏼 I convinced the owners (pictured here!) to let me update their family photos after an 8 year hiatus and I’m so glad they did because they are adorable and rocked it! My morbid sense of humor and sarcasm is welcomed if not encouraged and if I’m being honest, I could just hang out there all the time if they’d let me. This gym welcomes all types, all abilities, and has an adaptive athlete program that makes my heart happy. I have found family here and love what they do and represent! Thank you Becky and Sam for making a place that feels like home for many!

Another Montana shoot for this Minnesota family! I’ve been capturing this family nearly every year for a while now and I can’t let anything stop it from happening. They have a special place in my heart and I know how much Montana means to them so it’s always so fun to catch up and play around a little in the mountains.

Years and years ago (I’m that old) I got a haircut from a woman who found out I was a photographer and asked me to take her daughter’s senior pictures. Last month I got to take her daughter’s wedding photos. Chanelle was my first real paid gig and I can’t even tell you how special it was for me to get to document her wedding and be a part of another milestone. She’s such a beautiful soul, inside and out, and I just love her new husband and how sweetly he fits right beside her. Congrats on a gorgeous day!!! And years to come!! Happy Halloween 🎃 💀👻 I shot this session many years ago and never shared it because of timing and editing but it deserves a little spotlight. This was a birthday shoot for a couple of witchy women. It was so fun and creative and I’m always down for some spooky stuff. Everyone be safe but have lots of fun!
