As a chef, I prioritize fueling my body throughout the day with healthy, nutritious foods. I have been making these parfaits for over 15 years and I am ironically a very picky eater!

Protein is essential for keeping up your stamina in your work day and you don't have to eat large portions of meat to achieve that protein intake.

We sell these parfaits in cups with a separate compartment for the granola to not get soggy in for $4.99. You can purchase them in the grab n' go case in the cafe, or you can order them for pick-up if you like to schedule orders ahead of time.

Tyler & Kayley Adams are professionally educated in hospitality and have both been working in catering for over 10 years! In the past, they worked for higher education dining programs across the US.

They worked at universities in Colorado, California, and Utah. They catered regularly for 200 people, and well up to 1500, with minimal staff and resources during COVID.

These experiences honed their decision to start their own catering company so they can take care of their clients the same way they would with the higher education staff and leadership. Tyler & Kayley love catering, and love great food!

Beginning Monday, November 4th, we will be offering family sized meals for pre-order- which are perfect for feeding the entire family! The first pick-up will begin on Friday, November 8th.

We are selling family-sized meals, sides, beverages, and desserts that can feed 4-6 people, depending on the item you order.

Next week, please pre-order at least 2 Days In Advance for Pick-Up
(Please place order at least 48 hours in advance from the day you'd like to pick up your meal(s) so we have time to order ingredients needed, thank you!)

All meals will be ready for you to take home to re-heat at your convenience! This is perfect for busy families and "meal preppers" who like to plan ahead.

***Please Note- Braised Brisket is only available for pick-up on Fridays***

✨ Hello Friends! We are in the process of making some adjustments in the cafe with how we accept and prepare orders.

Beginning on Monday, October 21st, we are strictly moving towards a Grab n' Go concept with the products in our deli and pastry case.

This means when you walk into the cafe, what we have to offer that day for purchase will be displayed and available; Ex: Individual sandwiches, parfaits, hummus cups, pasta salad cups, soup to reheat at home, charcuterie boxes, dessert boxes, and all of our pastries.

If you would like to order our signature boxed lunches, order hot soup, or customize ingredients, then our online ordering platform will be perfect for placing an order.

We are also going to be offering family sized meals and bulk sides for you to pre-order online for pick-up. (If you have any suggestions for family meal ideas that you'd love to see in the cafe- please leave a suggestion in the comment section, thank you!)

We apologize that we are no longer going to be taking custom orders on-site, however you can utilize the online platform at your convenience and schedule orders within 1 hour for pick-up, plus you can schedule an order up to 2 weeks in advance.

Our hours will stay the same; Currently they are:

We will be launching our seasonal fall menu this Monday, September 23rd.

Say goodbye to our precious Berry Breeze Salad with White Balsamic Vinaigrette and Spring Onion Broth Soup until next season!

Taking their place will be our Braised Butternut Squash Soup with Fresh Bread and our Candied Beet Salad with Balsamic Fig Vinaigrette, Arugula, Roasted Squash, Walnuts, and Dried Cranberries.
