Today we honor the life & legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. who was murdered for his non-violent activism. Dr. King not only led the fight for Black Americans but in doing so helped open doors for immigrant families like mine. He was an activist, a philosopher, an amazing orator and spoke truth without fear of the violent recourse he faced regularly. He is also the only non-President with a federal holiday named after him! We are thankful for the groundwork he laid for the privileges we enjoy today. Thank you Dr. King 👑💪 -The HES ☁️

•HOT HURA- led by Mahealani Taufalele Moe of Legacy Ent. 🌴 HURA is the Tahitian vernacular for HULA! It involves fast paced movements focusing specifically on the hips with famous moves like the “fa’arapu”. Join Lani every 2nd Wednesday of the month!

•YOGA - We’re known for our elevated SMOGA class hosted by CNKC but we’re happy to announce our regular Yoga classes coming 2025 🧘‍♀️

•If you missed our Step & Vibe w/ Team Sweaxy 816 event, you won’t need to live with your FOMO much longer! Every 3rd Tuesday the ladies of will be back for a monthly step event!!
