This week’s Friday Feature: All Set Events. Rev. Annika had the privilege of working with Eden & Sky at one her Spring weddings she officiated. All their services were utilized at this event and they were on top of every detail they were responsible for. New weekly posts on Friday: "Friday Feature" for Wedding Vendors that we have gotten to know over the last 11 years officiating in the KC area. For our first post, we hilight Timber Creek Event Center in St. Joseph, MO. It is a bit of a drive from downtown KC, but well worth it for all that you get with this venue. We have officiated a number of weddings here. Our current cover photo is from a wedding that Rev. Annika officiated in their outdoor ceremony space that is so beautifully laid out. Many of our couples who are having full ceremonies like to include readings. There are so many choices these days. We are always happy to give them ideas after getting to know who they are to each other and what they value. The link in the comments is an article about wedding readings. Rev. Annika likes that the readings mentioned are divided into categories so it is easier for couples to identify what types of readings are to their liking.

If you are changing your last name when you get married, one of the first things you need to do is get a new Social Security card. You will need to have a certified copy of your wedding license to do this. Rev. Annika always provides her couples with the necessary info they need to make their wedding paperwork legal.

Change your name on your Social Security record after you legally change it.
