Owned and operated by Corinne Anter, Eddy's Kitchen is an ode to the women that taught her most of what she knows, her late mother Edna. Growing up, Corinne would sit in the kitchen watching her mother and grandmother create traditional Mediterranean cuisines passed down through their family over the years. Any party Edna hosted was incomparable to the rest with a delectable spread starting with a
ppetizers such as her hummus, homemade pizzas, and charcuterie boards, to desserts like her infamous chocolate cake and carrot cake. As she grew older and her love for cooking and baking blossomed, Corinne began cooking alongside these women, gaining an understanding and expertise of various cuisines.
Today, Corinne aims to share the memorable recipes her mother left behind, along with ones she herself has created. Through her love for food, she hopes to provide a unique experience and make any meal or event all the more special, just like Eddy did.
