What happens when you hire an amazing vendor team for your wedding day?

From the coordinator, catering, venue, DJ, floral, dessert and rental companies we are all on a team for your wedding day. If you want to your day to run smoothly then we highly recommend taking a look at your vendors preferred vendor list.

This couples day went to smoothly. Their coordinators, rentals and floral all showed up before the bride and groom arrived at the venue. They got everything set up very quickly, so when the bride, groom and family arrived they were able to see the space done and they could go to the suits to focus on getting ready without having to deal with set up or take down.

Long story short you don’t have to lift a finger and you’ll have to deal with a lot less stress when you hire the right vendor team. Trust our preferred vendor list.

When I think back on Paige and Victor‘s magical day, I immediately think of our sweet planning process together. 🥰

You see - Victor is actually the one that wanted to hire a wedding planner. He was about to go on a deployment with the military for the majority of the planning process. During your consultation call, I asked a couple why they wanted a wedding planner. Victor said, “I just don’t want Paige to do this by herself. I want someone to be her partner through all of it, I want this for her.”

So that’s what we did – Paige and I were partners through everything. We had late night planning sessions in my studio, both in our sweatpants. We met with vendors together, had their cake tasting together, FaceTimed Victor in when waking hours would align between our time zones.

All wedding days are bittersweet for me - but this one was especially tough. We were friends…partners. 🩷

When we started talking about the vision for the spring open house I told Emma (Floriography) and Taylor (The Perfect Touch KC) I thought we should showcase some color! sometimes people don’t tend to go crazy with color for their wedding so we wanted to create a design to showcase some gorgeous colorful florals. I’m loving how Emma and Taylor took control of this insanely amazing creative design. Giving our clients an idea of how amazing color can look for your event.
