The SandSharks is a Band made up of Professional Musicians from the Metro-Charlotte Area that believe that Charlotte needed a Year Round 'Summer Fun' Band. They are a Band For Hire and specialize at performing for Weddings, Corporate Events, Community Festivals and Fund Raisers while providing a Beach & Tropical Ambience. Hey, this is Tiki Jim, Co-Founder, Manager and Drummer of the SandSharks. I have a very unpleasant announcement to make. As many of you, that have followed us over the years, know that this was a Father and Son Band Project. It offered a chance for us to have bonding time together and to help me Coach Noah and help him grow into a Professional Musician as he started with me at the young age of 17…and here we are over 9 years later. We’ve had some great times and some great shows. As Life gets in the way sometimes, some good things must come to an end.

My Wife of 34 years, and Noah’s Mother, has Cancer. Therefore we had to cancel our show for this Saturday and take some much needed time off to assist her in her treatments and recovery. Everything is uncertain at this point. So, not sure if we will be back. If not, I just want to thank each and everyone of you that supported us o er the years, especially ones that stuck around since the beginning. It means so much to Noah and I. We could use your prayers and good vibes for the upcoming future. Thank You All for your understanding and for riding this Wave with us. May God Bless each of you. Hopefully l, we may be back some day to entertain you again.
