We are looking to add a Bridal Consultant to our team!

Enter the wonderful world of bridal retail by joining our small, local bridal boutique and tight-knit team. This position will give you the amazing opportunity to enter the wedding industry and gain invaluable bridal experience. We are looking for someone who is outgoing, passionate and personable. This is an empowering work environment that also requires ambition and self-initiative to succeed.

Hours: Weekends Only!

Weekends required: Saturday & Sunday (8:30 am - 3:30 pm)

Duties:
Answer phones; greet customers
Create or update customer records
Place customer orders
Help keep the store clean and organized so the store may operate efficiently.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Work one-on-one with customers by providing information on merchandise, style and fashion for wedding gowns, bridesmaids dresses, bridal accessories, and tuxedos. Help customers by making selections and building customers confidence; offer suggestions and opinions with personalized service.

*Assemble Custom Made Invitations in downtime.

Skills/Qualifications:

Our consultants require a broad range of skills and a high level of professionalism. Leadership, management, and organizational skills are highly valued on our team; big smiles and positive attitudes are required. We are centered around customer service, so patience and caring are also key. We look at our role in a wedding as: “We are not just selling a dress, we are selling an experience.” Additionally, consultants must be able to work well under pressure, multi-task efficiently, and be detail-oriented.

Job Type: Part-time

Experience:

Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Retail Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: From $10.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13 – 17 per week
Weekends only
