It's been a minute since I've posted anything....but I've been busy!
I wanted to reach out and say I am also offering set up and display of cookie tables as an added service!
Pictured is one I did this past weekend for my granddaughters wedding in WV.
They've never heard of a cookie table!
I appreciated all the contributions of cookies from family members!
And, I really appreciate the last minute work done by Honey Badger’s Baked Goods in making these Plum cookies! They filled them with my homemade Jellies!

I'm working on my menu of charcuterie samplings for this event!
Get your tickets and join in the fun!
I'll be set up at the Downtown Dry Cleaners in the 700 block of Philly St with Honey Badger Bakery and Portias Bobas!
We're going to make sure you enjoy stopping by our location!!
I'm also giving a charcuterie as one of the prizes given at the end of the event!
Support all these local small businesses!!
Although there are awards for categories, we are looking upon this as a collaborative effort and a chance to meet many people!

It's been a minute since I've posted, but it's my busy time with the upcoming Ethnic Food and Music festival!
I've done a few charcuterie, but will be very actively taking orders after June 16th.
I'll be offering Grab and Go boxes, too.
I've been asked to the cookie table with my daughter at my granddaughters wedding in September, and she wants it turned into Sweetcuterie!
This will be fun with all kinds of cookies and other sweets, candies, etc on the boards!
We're already planning them out!

Instead of a free giveaway for Mother's Day, I've decided to donate a prepared board to the PCH my mother-in-law is in.
That will brighten the day for the brunch they are holding!
It's all about the Moms! No matter what their age!

Just a photo dump of today's Charcuterie. The client said the 40 yr old birthday boy is a Forester ...so I incorporated some "outdoorsy" stuff into the fruit and veggie platter
A hedgehog and pine cone Garlic Asiago cheese ball.
Mushrooms made out of Mozzarella sticks for the stems, and grape tomatoes for the caps.
Pretzel sticks for the twig part of the Twigs, berries and nuts.
(A little Ewell (so) Gibbons theme!)
I added some Pineapple Habanero Jalapeno jelly, some Strawberry Jalapeno jelly and hot honey for extra condiments.
About 5 hours including prep time.

For those inquiring, or have inquired...... Yes, I am licensed and insured.
But, I appreciate anyone who has inquired about our licensure.
It has been a process, but one I do not take lightly.
My prep facility is separate from my home office. I will be utilizing the kitchen at Portias, on rte 422 W.
I will also be ServSafe certified.
