So what happens to the ceremony building if you have any outdoor ceremony?

We are often asked this question, and the answer is whatever you want to do with it! A lot of times couples will turn it into an extension of cocktail hour. We have a mobile bar, put some cocktail tables up along with a seating chart, and let guests mix and mingle inside and outside on the patio. When cocktail hour is over, we can lead them to the reception to continue the night away!

Pictured here is an example from Karen and Robbie's amazing day. These two also were an inclusive package. So they got to be present all day while we handled all set up, teardown, along with the vendors!

Take this moment to capture your photos!!!

We have seen this trend happening in recent years, and we are all here for it. Time and time again, we saw couples want an "unplugged" ceremony and for guests to keep their phones down. Well, let's just say not everyone listens. Lol.

Soooo embrace it and give a moment during the ceremony to pause for photos! This gives your guests a time to grab what they want. You can pose and be silly if you'd like, but then they put them away and enjoy the rest of the ceremony as it keeps them present as well!

Thank you all for an amazing 2024. It was a year full of amazing memories and couples. We were happy to see our outdoor area become expanded and an option for having an outdoor ceremony while close to downtown. Last night we celebrated our last wedding of 2024 on the Winter Solstice with Zenda and John. A smaller wedding but was nothing short of love. These two have a bond that is undeniable and seeing their family blend so beautifully is the cherry on top for an amazing year. Help us give congrats to our last newlyweds of 2024, John and Zenda! ❤️

Did you know our venue is named after our rescue pittie Maggie? Yup! Ivory is for Maggie and I am sure you can see why. She was one of the best Christmas gifts we have ever been blessed with and we would love to share the blessings back with them. We will be taking in person donations at the venue (just let us know if you would like to bring anything by). We have a list below of items they need, as well as a link to their donation page where you can make any monetary donations. Dancefloor opener idea!

Your wedding is filled with your closest friends and family. Most likely, it will be hard to find another time with all of them under the same roof. Sooooo, take advantage!

Work with your photographer(s) and DJ on this. After all the formalities have been completed, have the DJ get everyone on the dancefloor. Have the photographer do a couple of pictures. End with one doing a kiss while everyone else cheers.

As the cheering starts to fade, have the DJ drop the best for the first song! You already have everyone on the dancefloor and start the night with a full floor!

Things like this are why we include coordination and are here to help make sure you have the best day ever!

This weekend, we got to celebrate one of our own as our venue manager, Dani, got married!

Dani has helped many of you down the aisle, and it was amazing seeing her big day finally here. She has been with us since the beginning and is truly family. Her and Peter are a perfect pair all the way since being high-school sweethearts.

With visions of a Forrest winter vibe in mind, Dani had Beth's creative wheels turning. We created and debuted a new arch as a massive fireplace that was adorned with fresh greenery and candles. The aisle had an arch wrapped in greenery that led to custom boxes with more candles and greenery to lead the way.

The reception was transformed with the poles turning into trees with fresh greenery. A custom seating chart with moss walls was created to greet guests on their way inside. The guest tables continued the fresh greens with ferns going down as runners. The head table had its own custom garden meadow with fresh moss holding a variety of fresh flowers. Trees continued as the dessert table was taken over as well. We also had our checkered dance floor and photobooth out for more fun.

Truly an honor to see these two finally married and celebrating their big day. Help us give a huge congrats too, Dani and Peter!!! 💓🫶❤️

Help us congratulate our newlyweds, Sophie and Kaden!!!

Saturday was an absolute blast and joy celebrating with these two, just as it was planning with them for their Luxe Inclusive package. These two got married offsite at their church, so we turned the ceremony building into its own space for cocktail hour. This way guest still get two room reveals and experiences. While enjoying cocktail hour, we had our custom bookshelf as the seating chart that held large growlers with the names hand painted on!

Next, guest made their way to the ceremony and found their table with an etched name card custom to each of them. We did long kings Tables that flowed with florals and candles down the center to compliment the place settings. These two are dog lovers and had the dogs present from the bar napkins, table numbers, and even as cake toppers! Guests were also able to experience our audio guestbook and phonebooth as they left messages for the couple all night. Congrats again to Sophie and Kaden!

Soooo many details for this one!

It was a blast planning and designing Abby and Blakes Luxe inclusive package. For the cermony, we made a hanging structure to wrap endless amounts of smilax on with a complimentary fabric behind and glass globes with tea lights hanging down. Another custom welcome sign to grest guests as they made their way to the ceremony.

After the ceremony, guests were greeted by our large custom bookshelf seating chart wall! Each guest got a personalized, engraved bookmark as a keepsake, along with finding their seat! Next to this was our fan favorite audio guestbook with phonebooth! The tables were brought to life with eggplant color runners and adorned with live greenery and candles. The table numbers were pressed into velvet and wrapped onto acrylic. Custom menus as well were made to join the place settings.

The sweetheart table continued the greenery takeover over as we had it flowing all over. Behind the fireplace held more candles with greenery intertwined. All while having their amazing cake be a statement itself!

What another amazingly beautiful day for Abby and Blake! It was also a fun time as Beth dusted off her camera and got back to her roots for this couple and got behind the lens. It was like riding a bike with trusted friends as she flowed through portraits with these two love birds.

So when we say that we are more than just a venue, we aren't joking. I don't know many other venues that participate in other roles. Yesterday we were the designer, planner, florist, photographer, and DJ all while being the venue owners. We truly love love and pride ourselves in making sure our clients have their best day ever.
