Also, I have a lot of availability for Sundays! Pricing for day of coordination is $500 + travel with a 50 percent deposit required and contract signed to secure date.

Wondering what a coordinator does?
I customize a timeline for each wedding, direct rehearsal, help assist with set up and tear down, manage vendors, help things run smoothly and on time, direct pictures when needed, and do so much more behind the scenes. If there is something that needs done or goes wrong I handle it. It is something that brides who have gotten it say, “I don’t know what I would do without you.” And ones who haven’t say, “The one thing I regret is trying to do it all by myself.” If planning for you is fun but you’d like to stay as stress free as possible on your big day then day of coordination is what you need!

I also offer full service wedding planning for brides that need that extra help!

Helpful tip of the day!!!

Make an excel spreadsheet of your guest. If they live in the same household put them on the same line. On the back of the RSVP’s write the number of excel sheet they were. So then when they send them back you know who it belongs to. You can also put in how many are over 21 on the excel sheet if you plan on having any type of bar so you can get better accurate numbers.
